"Think Before You Click" Initiative
Staying true to WestJet’s vibrant and approachable brand identity, I crafted high-caliber, imaginative social media assets and digital illustrations that significantly boosted engagement by capturing attention in busy feeds. For the internal “Think Before You Click” initiative—designed to prompt employees to pause and reflect before posting on social media—I created a series of compelling graphics that harmonized seamlessly with the company’s iconic uniforms, using clean, streamlined computer illustrations to convey the message with clarity and professionalism.
Each visual was meticulously aligned with WestJet’s branding guidelines, incorporating signature colours, typography, and playful yet authoritative elements that reinforced the campaign’s core message while fostering a sense of pride and responsibility among staff. The illustrations resonated deeply with the target audience of employees, encouraging thoughtful online behaviour and strengthening internal culture in a high-visibility industry.
This thoughtful, brand-first approach not only elevated the campaign’s effectiveness but also contributed to a safer, more intentional social media presence that protected the airline’s reputation and amplified employee advocacy.
