In my role supporting Crunch Fitness, I designed a series of nine comprehensive brochures and manuals (ranging from 20 to 120 pages) that served as essential companions to PowerPoint and Prezi presentations used for staff onboarding, quarterly corporate gatherings, and internal communications across North America. Working strictly within the brand's visual guidelines provided by corporate—including approved images, logos, fonts, and colour schemes—I utilized Adobe InDesign to create polished, consistent layouts with strong information hierarchy, clear navigation, and user-friendly structure that significantly improved the delivery of key messages and training content.
These manuals included critical forms, checklists, step-by-step procedures, and supplementary materials, functioning as reliable reference tools that empowered employees and reinforced Crunch Fitness's brand standards during live and virtual sessions. I managed the full production process for large-quantity printing and distribution, ensuring flawless quality and timely availability at Crunch Fitness locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Leveraging Adobe InDesign, I designed and produced comprehensive multi-page training manuals tailored to Crunch Fitness’s new staff induction and onboarding process. These manuals were crafted with strict adherence to Crunch Gym’s branding guidelines, ensuring seamless visual alignment with accompanying PowerPoint and Prezi presentations through consistent typography, colour palettes, logos, imagery style, and layout principles. The printed versions served as invaluable, tangible resources, allowing new staff to take notes, refer back to detailed procedures, complete surveys, and engage actively during eLearning sessions—enhancing retention and practical application of training content.
To support long-term accessibility and digital efficiency, I also delivered high-resolution interactive PDF versions of the manuals, optimized with bookmarks, hyperlinks, searchable text, and responsive layouts for flawless viewing on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. These PDFs were hosted on the Crunch Fitness website, providing staff and management with easy, anytime access to the complete onboarding materials without the need for physical copies.
This dual-format (print + interactive digital) approach delivered a well-rounded, effective onboarding experience that empowered employees, reinforced brand consistency, and streamlined training delivery across Crunch Gym locations in North America.

Leveraging advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Prezi, I crafted high-impact visual presentations designed to serve as powerful, presenter-friendly tools that guide audiences through information with clarity, flow, and purpose. Each presentation was meticulously structured to maintain a steady pace, organized content hierarchy, and compelling narrative arc, ensuring key messages were delivered effectively while keeping viewers fully engaged from start to finish.
My design approach emphasized dynamic layouts, user-friendly interfaces, strategic animations, high-quality visuals, and thoughtful typography/colour choices that transformed dense data, technical concepts, and business insights into captivating, easy-to-follow visual stories. By prioritizing audience retention and comprehension, these presentations not only conveyed critical information but also elevated presenter confidence and strengthened overall communication effectiveness across corporate, training, sales, and stakeholder meetings.
