THE PROJECT
Pharmaceutical Marketing Materials
Bilingual Omni-Channel Campaigns & Assets

As a freelance graphic designer specializing in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing, I spearheaded the creation and rollout of large- and small-scale omni-channel campaigns that seamlessly blended traditional print collateral with cutting-edge digital assets. I designed targeted, high-impact materials tailored to niche medical and professional audiences, including bilingual print direct mail, posters, brochures, HTML/print newsletters, and bilingual PowerPoint presentations—all crafted to comply with regulatory standards while delivering compelling, professional messaging.
I collaborated closely with development teams to produce pioneering, user-guided websites featuring interactive avatars and immersive online experiences that were ahead of their time, enhancing engagement and education for healthcare professionals and patients. These campaigns supported major global clients including Bayer HealthCare, Stiefel Laboratories, Novartis, and RBC, ensuring strict brand consistency, bilingual accuracy (English/French), and cross-channel cohesion across print, email, presentations, and web platforms. The result was elevated brand authority, improved stakeholder communication, and measurable increases in awareness, adoption, and professional trust within the regulated pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
This body of work demonstrates expertise in pharmaceutical marketing design, bilingual marketing collateral, omni-channel healthcare campaigns, print direct mail for pharma, brochure & newsletter design, interactive medical website development, bilingual PowerPoint presentations, regulatory-compliant graphics, and innovative visual communication for Stiefel Laboratories and other leading life sciences brands.
CAMPAIGN DESIGN
Lucentis Looking Forward Campaign
Multi-Channel Pharmaceutical Marketing

In close collaboration with the sales team, I led the creative development and execution of the “Looking Forward Campaign” for Lucentis (ranibizumab), a leading vision-preserving treatment for wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD), diabetic eye diseases, and other retinal conditions. This high-stakes pharmaceutical campaign delivered a fully integrated multi-channel strategy that combined strong promotional materials with in-depth educational resources to drive awareness, adoption, and patient empowerment.
The project featured a complete bilingual (English/French) website with intuitive navigation, accessible design, and compliant content; monthly print newsletters; patient and caregiver guides; interactive CD-ROMs for self-paced education; brochures; and email templates—all optimized for engagement, clarity, and accessibility. The campaign unfolded in two synergistic phases: first, high-impact promotional assets to build awareness and encourage treatment adoption, followed by detailed educational materials explaining the underlying retinal diseases, treatment mechanisms, and lifestyle support to foster long-term adherence.
Every asset adhered to strict brand guidelines, regulatory compliance (including PAAB standards), unified visual identity, cohesive messaging, and user-friendly design principles—ensuring trust, credibility, and consistent communication across all touchpoints for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
This work demonstrates expertise in pharmaceutical campaign design, bilingual healthcare marketing, Lucentis ranibizumab promotion, wet AMD & retinal disease education, multi-channel collateral production, interactive CD-ROM development, print newsletter & brochure design, compliant website UX/UI, and patient-centred visual communication for major brands like Novartis and Bayer.

CHART DESIGN
Anchor Campaign
Bilingual Brochures & Vector Chart Conversion for Large-Format Print

For the Anchor campaign, I delivered a fully bilingual pharmaceutical marketing experience with custom-designed brochures that authentically connected with diverse audiences in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. I managed end-to-end print production, preparing press-ready files, coordinating with printers for flawless colour accuracy, material quality, and perfect fidelity to the brand vision, ensuring every piece met rigorous PAAB compliance standards.
A standout feature of the project was converting complex Excel charts into crisp, high-resolution vector graphics. I refined the color palettes for maximum visual impact, embedded consistent branding elements, and optimized the designs for large-format poster printing, guaranteeing sharp clarity, scalability, and strong presence in high-traffic venues, trade shows, and clinical settings
To extend the campaign’s reach across digital channels, I expertly converted all materials into optimized, downloadable PDF formats ideal for email distribution, online sharing, and web resources—maintaining full brand consistency and accessibility on any device. This seamless print-to-digital hybrid strategy maximized engagement, reinforced unwavering brand integrity, and drove effective, compliant communication across physical and virtual touch-points.
This work highlights expertise in bilingual pharmaceutical marketing, PAAB-compliant brochure design, Excel to vector chart conversion, large-format poster graphics, print production management, high-resolution vector optimization, integrated print + digital assets, brand-consistent collateral, and strategic design for healthcare and pharma brands.

PRINT DESIGN
Polished Brand-Aligned Brochure
2-Page Print Design & Vector Chart Conversion
Using Adobe InDesign as the primary tool, I designed a sophisticated 2-page print brochure that perfectly aligned with the established visual identity, aesthetic principles, and brand guidelines of the Destination brand. This project set a new gold standard for future marketing materials by delivering flawless consistency in typography, colour usage, imagery style, and overall tone—strengthening brand recognition and professional credibility across every touch-point.
A key highlight was the conversion of complex original Excel charts into crisp, high-resolution vector graphics. I refined the colour palettes to match the brand's exact specifications, ensured scalability without loss of quality, and optimized the designs for large-format clarity and visual impact in print.
I managed the complete production workflow: preparing precise print-ready files, collaborating closely with printers for superior colour accuracy and material quality, and conducting rigorous quality control checks to uphold the brand's exacting standards. The final result was a standout, professionally executed print piece that authentically captured the Destination brand's values while combining creative excellence with impeccable technical execution.
This work demonstrates expertise in brochure design, Adobe InDesign print production, brand-aligned marketing materials, Excel to vector chart conversion, high-resolution vector graphics, print-ready file preparation, quality control for print, brand consistency in collateral, and strategic graphic design for corporate and lifestyle brands.
