RE/MAX agents across multiple markets needed professional, on-brand marketing materials they could produce quickly themselves, without sacrificing the polish needed for listing presentations, open houses, and direct mail.

Solution
I designed a flexible, high-impact suite of brochure and one-page fact sheet templates built around bold headline photography, clean market stats, personalized agent branding, and subtle RE/MAX red accents, so any agent could drop in their photo and listings and produce polished collateral in minutes.

I built each template to work across multiple use cases, from listing presentations to open-house leave-behinds to direct-mail performers, keeping layouts clean and consistent while leaving room for each agent's personal branding and photo. I delivered both print-ready and interactive PDF versions to support every distribution channel.
