Entrophen® For Life Campaign PAAB-Compliant Patient Engagement Platform
Situation
Bayer Healthcare needed a comprehensive, empathetic multi-channel campaign to support patients on daily aspirin therapy for cardiovascular health. The initiative required a fully bilingual (English/French), PAAB-compliant digital experience that would educate, engage, and encourage long-term medication adherence among mature Canadians.
Solution
I led the design and launch of the Entrophen® For Life campaign, delivering a supportive bilingual website paired with an interactive CD-ROM and ongoing email communications to create a helpful, trustworthy patient resource.
Execution
• Designed and developed a fully bilingual, PAAB-compliant website with intuitive navigation, accessible layouts, and mobile responsiveness.
• Created an interactive CD-ROM featuring a friendly avatar nurse guiding users through wellness tools, recipes, exercise programs, smoking cessation support, and adherence tips.
• Designed quarterly email newsletter templates to drive repeat engagement and coupon redemption.
• Produced supporting print materials including the CD-ROM booklet and labels.
• Strictly adhered to Bayer’s brand guidelines and regulatory standards (PAAB & HON Code) while maintaining an empathetic, user-centred tone.
Result
The campaign successfully empowered patients with accessible tools and information, fostering greater medication adherence, trust, and long-term wellness. The integrated digital and physical approach strengthened patient connection and reinforced Bayer’s commitment to cardiovascular health support.
