THE PROJECT
Entrophen® For Life Campaign
PAAB-Compliant Multi-Channel Patient Engagement

In partnership with a skilled web developer, I led the design and launch of the Entrophen® For Life campaign, delivering a fully bilingual (English/French), PAAB-compliant health website paired with a complimentary interactive CD-ROM for patients managing cardiovascular health and daily aspirin therapy. Upon loading, users were greeted by a friendly avatar nurse who provided personalized guidance through interactive wellness tools, including nutritious recipes, smoking cessation support, tailored exercise programs, and medication adherence tips—creating an empathetic, supportive, and engaging digital experience tailored to mature Canadians.

The platform adhered strictly to Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) standards and Health On the Net (HON) code for credible health information, while maintaining consistent brand identity across all touch-points through precise application of Bayer’s visual guidelines, typography, colour palette, and imagery. I designed the complete bilingual website with intuitive navigation, accessible layouts, and mobile responsiveness; developed quarterly email newsletter templates to drive repeat visits, redeem exclusive coupons, and encourage ongoing engagement; and created the CD-ROM booklet, label, and supporting print materials with meticulous attention to detail.

This multi-channel approach successfully combined digital interactivity, physical media, and targeted email communications to build trust, motivate consistent use, and empower patients toward healthier, more active lifestyles. The campaign effectively fostered long-term adherence, community connection, and wellness support within the regulated pharmaceutical space.

This work highlights expertise in PAAB-compliant healthcare website design, bilingual patient portal development, interactive CD-ROM creation, avatar-guided user experience, quarterly health newsletter templates, senior wellness campaign, medication adherence marketing, multi-channel pharma collateral, and user-centred design for cardiovascular health and mature audiences.
